A New MCC Kiosk Installation for MWH Treatment

Project Description

At Jones Site Services & Installations, we’re excited to share the successful completion of our latest project for MWH Treatment at the Alveley Sewage Works. This project involved the installation of a new Motor Control Centre (MCC) kiosk, and, as with many complex projects, it came with its own unique set of challenges. Despite encountering poor ground conditions, our team adapted to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard.

Overcoming Installation Challenges

From the outset, we knew the ground conditions at Alveley would be a critical factor in determining our installation approach. As excavation began, it became clear that the subsoil conditions were less stable than initially anticipated. Our team quickly reassessed the site and decided that a modified installation method was necessary to ensure the kiosk's long-term stability and to uphold the safety of our staff on-site.

Our Solution: Adaptability and Expertise

Our project team, with extensive experience handling similar infrastructure challenges, developed an adaptive plan that would allow us to work efficiently around the suboptimal ground conditions. We employed reinforced structural supports to maintain the kiosk’s position, ensuring the installation would remain resilient against any ground movement over time.

This adaptability is one of the hallmarks of Jones Site Services & Installations. By taking a proactive approach to problem-solving, we not only kept the project on schedule but also ensured the installation met our high standards of safety and quality.

A High-Quality Finish Delivered On Time

Thanks to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our team, we were able to deliver a high-quality, fully operational MCC kiosk for MWH Treatment at Alveley Sewage Works. This project stands as another example of our commitment to quality, adaptability, and client satisfaction.

Looking Ahead

At Jones Site Services & Installations, we are always prepared to face challenges head-on. We understand that the key to successful project delivery is flexibility and proactive problem-solving. As we continue to work on infrastructure projects, we remain committed to excellence, safety, and delivering results that meet the unique needs of each client.

We’re proud of the outcome at Alveley and look forward to bringing the same dedication to our future projects. Thank you to MWH Treatment for entrusting us with this important installation, and congratulations to our team for a job well done!
