With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry between us—and a legacy of learning from the very best, our Dad—it was time to start building our own future. Today, just five years later, we’ve proudly delivered this quarter’s Safety Stand Down to 90% of our workforce. That’s not just a number, it’s a symbol of how much we’ve grown and the commitment we share to keeping our team safe and supported.
