A growing workload, together with AMP8 beginning to move, has led to further investment in the business — in new plant and equipment, and in the premises our teams work from.

We are preparing now for the final three years of this AMP period, and for the move into AMP9 that follows.

Investing in New Plant and Equipment

The business continues to invest in new plant and equipment as workload grows. As AMP8 gathers pace, having the right equipment available when a client needs it matters more, not less — and this investment puts that capacity in place before it is needed.

Top-of-the-Range Modular Office Buildings

Alongside the plant investment, we are adding top-of-the-range modular office buildings to our facilities. The images below show a new office unit being lifted into position as the expansion progresses.

The additional space gives our office and site teams room to work as the business grows.

Preparing for the Final Years of AMP8 — and for AMP9

AMP8 is a long programme with a demanding final stretch. Our clients plan their works well ahead, so the preparation has to happen now: plant, premises and teams in place before programmes arrive, rather than in response to them.

Our work is concentrated in the water and wastewater sector, alongside industrial, commercial and general site works. As AMP8 moves through its final three years and the industry looks towards AMP9, we intend to be ready to support our clients’ programmes through both.
