Kinnerley WTW – Weekly Progress Update

Jones Site Services & Installations were on site at Kinnerley Water Treatment Works this week carrying out structural alteration and repair works as part of ongoing improvement upgrades.
Despite average weather conditions with scattered showers and temperatures ranging between 5–10°C, our team maintained steady progress and delivered key milestones safely and efficiently.
Works Completed This Week
- Installation of scaffolding to provide safe access to working areas
- Removal of existing double skin wall
- Careful brick removal and cleaning to retain reusable materials
- Pointing of both exposed edges and installation of replacement brickwork
- Removal of brickwork above the existing doorway to accommodate new door installation
- Commencement of concrete plinth removal
- Ceiling repairs and plastering works
Labour & Site Management
The project was delivered by our experienced site team, ensuring safe systems of work were followed throughout. Scaffold and access equipment were installed and managed efficiently to keep the programme on track.
Deliveries & Logistics
Materials for repair works, skip exchange, and scaffolding deliveries were coordinated smoothly to minimise disruption and maintain workflow.
