Jones Site Services & Installations Receives Prestigious 2026 Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award

Jones Site Services & Installations is proud to announce that we have been recognised with the 2026 Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award, the Ministry of Defence's highest honour for organisations that demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community.

The Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award recognises employers that go above and beyond in supporting Reservists, veterans, military families and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers. It celebrates organisations that actively encourage and enable members of the Armed Forces community to thrive in the workplace.

A National Recognition

In 2026, just 162 organisations across the United Kingdom received the ERS Gold Award. Jones Site Services & Installations is honoured to be recognised among only ten organisations across the West Midlands to receive this prestigious accolade.

The award demonstrates our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace that values the skills, experience and dedication of those who serve or have served within the Armed Forces.
